Spam Rules

There would be a spam rules in the forum.

Like if you have only three letters in your message that would be spam.

And double posts would be forbidden

There alerady is rules topic where i have written that no spamming

Yes i know, but i mean more exact rules, witch would tell like the minimum of numbers that must be in a post.

U can do it if u want and ill check it if there is something i must edit, ok?
